It still amazes me the saga of Christ. The mystery of His birth and His Life. It is only a mystery because I cannot fully understand it's impact on this place.
There is more literature written about this man, born a peasant in the Judean desert, than any pharaoh, yet many people dispute He existed at all.
He was honored by wise men whose cosmology had told them that a king was to be born under a sign in the heavens. Yet God chose to only herald His arrival to shepherds, the lowliest of transient workers. He offered only hope, spoke of peace, asked us to love one another, blessed those who cursed Him. Yet He was executed as a dissident. He gave us hope of a kingdom "not of this world" and many of us cling to it still... Myself included. He left the grave and ascended to Abba Father. Then returned to fulfill our hope. After 2000 years between myself and this advent, I am still willing to say....
Blessed be, this "KING of KINGS" this "LAMB of GOD" this "LION of JUDAH" this "PRINCE OF PEACE"
Peace to you
